Should be ready to place the Goodyear logo on the Taco truck. With the Taco template displayed on the MSPaint screen, we are going to place the logo. At the toolbar, click EDIT then click on PASTE FROM
Little game I like called Show me yours and I will show u mine ?!-taco-1-png retrieve your logo from it's file location. Notice the logo has a dotted line around the outside of the picture. This indicates that the picture is able to be manipulated. Place your cursor over the logo hold down on the left mouse button and you will be able to ...

  2. On Sale! Everything must go!

by on 11-28-2011 at 07:43 PM (Wolfie can type too!)
The other day, someone posted that they were "selling" skins. It was locked for rules infractions but it got me to thinking: Do people really try to sell made skins for money? Do people really pay money for skins? Why? Considering the world economy, do people really have money to waste on skins....really?

Taking all that into consideration, even if one could sell skins for CT cars, wouldn't there be some copyright laws broken? Say for example I would make a Fast and Furious ...

  3. You suck!

by on 11-26-2011 at 07:22 PM (Wolfie can type too!)
There's an old saying: "If you can't say anything nice, don't say anything at all." Quite often I find myself holding back the need to tell someone that their CT car skin really isn't that good....who am I to judge? Well, I am considered by some to be one of the best designers around, so I suppose I can be judgemental.

I'm not mean by most standards and don't think my ego is that huge but sometimes I just think to myself: "You really need to get better at this stuff ...

  4. MSPaint continued: Making decals

by on 11-21-2011 at 10:24 AM (Wolfie can type too!)
It's not very difficult at all....it's placing them on your skin that's a pain in the tookus! You can use shadow templates to make your skin but you are going to have to "draw" over the template since MSPaint doesn't do layers. Since you are going to be working with a simple paint program, keep the skin simple. Think of it as a "Paint by Numbers" kinda thing....once you get good at MSPaint, the transition to better paint programs comes easier and more natural.

    Now....decals. ...

  5. My monster ego and how I handle the accolades....

by on 11-21-2011 at 08:52 AM (Wolfie can type too!)
It's bound to happen, someone comments on one of my skin jobs and tells me how great I am. I have to say thanx and say something sarcastic to try to shrug off the attention because my ego has a nasty habit of soaking it in and making my head get too big for my hat.

The big reason I do this is because I am NOT the greatest at doin' skins and by all standards, I'm just a beginner. I have only been goofing around with these things for little over a year. There are several designers, whom ...
