The  claim has a thousan  d truckloads waiting  for him  and his  first goal  is to get   200 truckloads off the moun tain before winte r shuts h im down, but the mountain won't giv e up withou t a fight. Th at's  only his first obstacl e though, as he find s out close to winter tha t he has to cle ar his whole claim,  all one thousand loads, as so on as  he can  get back up there in the spring. He'll be stuck with millions of doll ars in penalties if he can9;t do it.
